Rio Grande Hospital and Clinics seeks an experienced, strategic, and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. The CFO will provide overall financial leadership for the organization, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability in a complex rural healthcare environment. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, reimbursement, financial reporting, audit, and strategic financial planning.
