The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading and managing initiatives and all personnel within the Accounting, Human Resource, and Technology functions. They will serve as a key member of the Leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. They are also integral in working with the Leadership team on continuous improvement projects. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:  Provide leadership and management for the Accounting, Human Resources, and Technology personnel including coaching, maintaining positive morale, and recruiting. Develop and execute strategic plans across accounting, human resources, and technology functions.
