JOB SUMMARY  Code.org is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 12+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years of executive experience and enterprise planning to join our Executive Team and lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. You will serve as Code.org’s chief architect of resourcing decisions ensuring every investment and operational choice accelerates progress toward our 2030 goals. As a strategic partner to the President/CEO, the Executive Team, and leaders from across the organization, you will drive org-wide financial and resource planning, optimize organizational performance toward key outcomes, and champion innovation through AI-enabled operations and data-driven decision-making.
