Role Summary:The CFO is responsible for planning, development, implementation, and oversight of fiscal management, fiscal compliance, and financial software administration. This role works closely with the CEO to develop long-term strategic initiatives for the organization.Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the financial management of the company, its subsidiaries, and managed companies including initiating fiscal management strategies to meet targeted objectives, and assuring coordination among organizational goals, long-range financial planning, and daily financial functioning. Establish and maintain appropriate controls to ensure internal and external compliance as required. Ensure time
