Responsible for the management of the overall sound fiscal operation of the Cooperative, ensuring that TCEC embodies a cost-conscious culture regarding the impact to Members and directing the activities of the Finance & Accounting (FA) department. Provides strategic insight and leadership in the areas of accountability, ensuring Cooperative alignments with the overall strategic direction. Interrelate and effectively communicate with the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Cooperative in all matters of financial decision-making.
