JOB SUMMARY The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) issued and enforced by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory and advisory organizations.  Perform tasks as requested by, and held directly responsible to, the President/CEO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance Monitor all corporate accounting and finance to ensure pro
