Position Overview:  Reporting to the Executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO) has full functional responsibility for all financial, personnel and administrative operations of the Arts & Lectures unit. As part of the senior management team, the CFO/COO serves as an advisor to the Executive Director and Associate Director on high-level matters of critical importance, creating and implementing short and long-range strategic financial, personnel, and operation plans and goals. Directs contractors, vendors and departmental staff at select A&L events and has the autonomy and authority to represent the organization at high level meetings and events.
