Fulton, is a full-service city providing most utilities and services for its citizen. It is centrally located between Kansas City and St. Louis; 25 minutes from Jefferson City and 30 minutes southeast of Columbia. The Chief Financial Officer works collaboratively with the City Council and Fulton’s executive team to provide strategic leadership, advance special projects and initiatives, and collaborate with department and agency heads to achieve the City’s objectives. The CFO is a FT position responsible for all financial aspects for the City. Primary functions include accounting, budgeting (operating and capital), cash management, debt administration, and payroll.
