We are seeking an experienced business development officer to originate new middle market sell-side M&A engagements, and potentially other related investment banking assignments. In this pursuit, the successful candidate will utilize their extensive network within the privately held business community, and also with professional service providers such as accountants, lawyers, wealth managers, exit planners and commercial bankers.
