

LCA seeks a strategic and collaborative Chief Financial Officer to provide leadership and management of the school’s finances, human resources, plant/facilities, and non-academic operations. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to and serves as a strategic partner to the Head of School, is a member of the Executive Team, and works closely with the Board of Trustees. The CFO ensures strategic implementation of long-term strategic goals, providing strong, innovative leadership. Responsible for multiple departments with 4-6 direct reports. Our Ideal Chief Financial Officer candidate:
10+ years of progressively responsible experience plus a relevant degree in business or accounting is required. MBA preferred. Candidates must be committed to the Academy’s Statement of Faith and Standards for Christian Living.
