

Position Summary Reporting to the Chair of the Department and the Vice Dean for Administration, the Department Administrator/CFO is responsible for planning and organizing the Department's financial affairs and administering its clinical, educational and research programs. In conjunction with the Chair, the DA/CFO sets departmental goals and objectives as well as manages its relationship with the Medical School, CU Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and other affiliated organizations. The Department of Otolaryngology consists of 14 full-time faculty, 11 audiologists and speech pathologists, 5 volunteer faculty; 20 residents, 3 fellows. 50 administrative and technical staff across 4 payrolls; $45M annual operating budget and 5 sites; including the Divisions of: General Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Head and Neck Surgery, Otology/Neurotology, Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery, Laryngology, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Audiology.
