Oversee and organize the finance and support departments to meet the goals of the District. Manage the financial position of the District to achieve financial stability and long-term fiscal sustainability. Make strategic decisions and recommendations that support the District’s vision. Ensure that all available resources are attained and used effectively, efficiently and in accordance with applicable policies, rules and regulations.
Master Degree or CPA (preferred)
Minimum of five (5) years of management/supervisory experience in business management and/or school support operations
Skill in effective decision making and problem-solving.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish professional relationships with District stakeholders and community leaders.
Ability to successfully implement organizational change.
