Role Purpose: • Support Principal CFO and Personal CFO in the development and documentation of comprehensive, integrative, client-centric financial advice in a manner that 1) optimizes the capacity of the Principal CFO and Personal CFO, 2) ensures client satisfaction and retention, and 3) promotes client financial peace of mind and the achievement of financial goals. • Responsible for promoting personal financial advice that defines the highest standards of the profession. The Personal CFO Associate is responsible for the ongoing delivery, implementation and monitoring of comprehensive personal financial advice. • Apply basic knowledge of financial position, protection, investment, retirement, tax and estate planning in a continuous and proactive facilitation of financial advice implementation and client financial life management. • Serve as internal liaison with other client advisory team members—Principal CFO, Personal CFO, Client Administrator and Portfolio Administrator.
Prepare advice documentation for new and existing clients as directed by Principal CFO and Personal CFO.
Implement agreed upon advice strategies.
Maintain for each client relationship all ‘Profiles’ (e.g., Personal, Professional, Financial Position, Protection, Retirement, Tax, Estate, et al.) within the proprietary YBR Financial Advisors CRM.
Develop and implement business and financial planning process solutions to optimize effective and efficient advice documentation and implementation.
Maintain professional competencies and adhere to the YBR cultural values and ethical standards.
Develop client personal financial analyses as well as advice documentation and presentation as determined and directed by Principal CFO and Personal CFO.
Principal CFO and Personal CFO to discuss and confirm advice recommendations and required preparation for presentation to clients.
Client Administrator to coordinate completion of advice preparation, presentation and implementation.
General Manager on a regular basis to discuss workload and other operational matters. The position is required to discuss individual performance and development issues with the General Manager.
Strategic alliance partners to contribute to the development and maintenance of the relationships supporting the Principal CFO.
Client on a regular basis regarding administrative matters and to coordinate advice delivery and implementation. This position will selectively attend client meetings.
Portfolio Administrator and Managers on a regular basis to conduct research and collect information for clients.
Custodian and Strategic Business Partners on a regular basis to obtain assistance and technical support.
