A day in the life of our Chief Financial Officer...
As a Chief Financial Officer with Solarity, your typical day may include:
Making significant strategic and tactical contributions to the formulation, development, implementation, and administration of Credit Union strategy, business goals, and objectives.
Developing departmental roadmaps, plans, strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve strategic and operational goals.
Driving constant improvement in both Employee Engagement Scores and Net Promoter Scores.
Ensuring services to members, business lines, and staffs are delivered promptly, professionally and efficiently.
Leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports and others.
Establishing and maintaining commitments and professional business relationships with employees, members, vendors, the community, professional organizations, and Credit Union trade organizations.
What we need from you...
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of management experience.
At least 10 years of progressive finance experience in a financial institution.
Several years experience thinking, acting, and planning strategically.
In-depth understanding of business principles, market dynamics, economic principles, and accounting practices.
Familiarity with government regulations and legal requirements.
