United Way of the Columbia-Willamette is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the development and operation of financial systems for a growing and vibrant $30 million organization. This position is charged with the development, execution and effectiveness of financial modeling, analysis and strategy alignment, as well as developing and executing an effective technology/data strategy. The ideal candidate is a financial strategist and will have a deep understanding of financial systems and a proven breadth of personal development in business skills such as strategic planning, information technology, negotiation, corporate and contract law, privacy, organizational risk management, insurance and asset management. The CFO will work closely with the President/CEO and a veteran and growing leadership team to build on UWCW's strong fiscal foundation while creating innovation, energy and momentum to maximize United Way’s investments.

Ten-plus years’ experience in executive-level financial management and strategy roles for either for-profit or nonprofit entities with budgets of >$5M; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable; 5 years’ supervisory and team management experience; or a comparable combination of experience and education.
Additional Salary Information: Hiring Range: $109,293 to $136,616, DOE, and a competitive and generous benefit package
