Tri-Star Trust Bank is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. The CFO will be responsible for all financial activities of the holding company, bank and any additional subsidiaries. The CFO will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects the organization and will provide strategic financial input to senior management. While overseeing the overall accounting process, the CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to improve and maintain the health of the organization. The CFO will effectively communicate to management and the directorate the impact of business decisions and events on company financial performance, risk exposures and shareholder value.
Job Qualifications, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
Professional accounting designation required (CPA)
10+ years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong management and interpersonal skills
