Lutheran Life Communities, headquartered in Arlington Heights, Illinois, has retained Quick Leonard Kieffer to conduct the search for their senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Reporting to the president and chief executive officer of Lutheran Life Communities, the Senior Vice president and chief financial officer will promote the ministry, mission, and core values of the organization by demonstrating professional and ethical work practices, while fostering excellence in hospitality and customer service. The SVP/CFO has broad responsibility for the planning, direction, and control of financial services for Lutheran Life Communities and all of its subsidiaries, as well as for general and professional liability insurance procurement, including direct participation in captive insurance companies, insurance trusts, and self-insured plan organizations. He or she is accountable for the organization’s fiscal operating results, and will develop, implement, and oversee plans and programs related to accounting, finance, audit, compliance, and security.
