Premiere Specialists in Fairfax, VA are seeking a strong financial leader for their 20 providers, and 80 staff private practice. Qualified candidate must have an established track record with strategic planning, managing cash flow planning process and ensuring funds availability, overseeing investments and asset management, and exploring new investment opportunities and providing recommendations on potential returns and risks. Executive role requiring 10 years plus experience in financial infrastructure management and exemplary leadership accomplishments.
Acts as Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to shareholders and oversees the daily financial operations of all sights.
Hires, develops, mentors, evaluates and oversees accountants and financial department.
Assists physicians in developing and implementing strategic long term and short-term plans and establishes annual business goals and objectives.
Executive Financial Representative for the practice; maintains outstanding relationships with banks, accounting firm, public auditors, financial institutions, allied partners, investors, and vendors.
Strategizes with external and internal accountants, tracks monthly, quarterly and annual P & L’s.
Remains current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations and tax responsibilities.
Leads staff meetings and finance committee meetings; provides financial data and reports and makes recommendations with forecasts and budget projections.
Identifies, researches, analyzes, and executes business initiatives and new service offerings.
Oversees all A/R functions and processes and capable of negotiating new contracts with managed care plans and Medicare.
Maintains all physician contracts and structures physicians’ bonus plans and incentives.
Enhances operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and restructuring plans for growth of organization.
Knowledge of policies and procedures to manage operations and ensure effective patient care.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of health care administration, liabilities and exposure, and government regulations and reimbursements.
Knowledge and experience in all fiscal management including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, liaison with Accountant, Annual Forecasting and Budget Analysis, P & L's, A/R Analysis, Managing Profit Sharing and Retirement Funds, and Tax Administration.
Knowledge of negotiating strategies with service contracts, joint partnerships, physicians’ contracts., etc.
Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
Skilled in analyzing situations accurately and taking effective action.
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with physicians and staff.
Skilled in organizing work, delegating and achieving goals and objectives and meeting deadlines.
Skilled in exercising judgment and discretion in developing, interpreting, and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
Skilled in presenting succinct data and reports to board members.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve financial operational challenges.
Ability to run financial reports and offer analysis to physicians and make recommendations for streamlining costs and increasing profits.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, frequent standing, bending, stooping, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Requires eye-hand and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, photocopier, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eye sight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
