BB&N seeks a strategically oriented and experienced business professional who will also bring excellent leadership and operational skills. The COO/CFO of BB&N, reporting to the Head of School, is responsible for the School’s business, financial, investment, human relations, and administrative functions. The COO/CFO provides primary support to the Trustees’ Committees for Finance, Audit, Investment and Facilities/Real Estate. This is a highly visible leadership position on campus and the successful candidate is expected to play a leadership role in the greater independent school community on a national basis. Annual Operating budget of the School is $40 million. Endowment is approximately $60 million. 10+ years work experience in a financial and business leadership position required. B.A. degree required.
