The Chief Financial Officer directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, and the financial community by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.

We are looking for someone with a fifth year college or university program certificate; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, collections and real estate of the organization.
Provides procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and service.
Acts as custodian of funds, securities and assets of the organization.
Appraises the organization’s financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports.
Coordinates and establishes budget programs.
Analyzes, consolidates and directs all cost accounting procedures together with other statistical and routine reports.
Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the facility’s Medicare/Medicaid reports and Med-13, monthly balance sheet and annual report. Coordinates issuance of the yearly audit.
Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations.
